Absolutely the best gf and vegan desserts I’ve ever had. I am celiac and have dairy/egg allergies and it’s near impossible to find a spot that has great desserts. I’m in Nashville for vacation from NJ and wanted to find a spot I could enjoy on vacation. The service was absolutely amazing, and the desserts event better. HIGHLY recommend!

Great vegan in Nashville. Not fake meats, not bland foods, not expensive; just great tasting vegan dishes. Also definitely check out the cupcakes/parfaits. Just yum!

Our salads were tasty and filling. We sat outside with our old lady pugs and enjoyed good food and the breeze. Got a Colada smoothie to go. It was so refreshing! I can't wait to go back and have a sweet treat.

We ate here three times while on vacation in Nashville (near Opryland). The 🌱 vegan & gluten free food was so good & the staff was super friendly! We tried soup, sandwiches, burgers, smoothies, the pizza bread, and desserts. All of it was amazing!

Delicious! I've honestly never had a better gluten free/vegan cupcake. To those who are turned off by either of those words, you would never guess they didn't have gluten or dairy if you weren't told. I highly recommend!

I was blown away by this place! It’s a gluten free & vegan paradise! My boyfriend and I stopped in on a recent trip to Nashville and could not believe how many options we had to chose from! The food was amazing, the staff was so helpful, and the entire place was clean and beautiful! The vibes were immaculate & I cannot wait to go back!
