This is the second time we have driven 20+ minutes for donuts and nothing was ready….40 minutes+ after opening nothing….my wife was treated to a brief rude “we are running behind” no apologies nothing more than “we are running behind” After reports of how they treat staff on a general basis as well as when closing a store (let go zero notice) we will no longer support any of their establishments. Why does Vegan/plant based have to equate to poor service and a piss poor attitude. This is from two people who have supported The Spiral dinner for 13 years.

The Dallas location was wonderful and we were excited to try the location closer to us. Fort Worth location staff was off putting in our experience and the donuts were incredibly dry and not at all worth the price. Even the toddler was disappointed.

Love spiral diner, bummed their Dallas location is closed but was in the area and made it a point to stop by. Employees are super friendly and accommodating. I got the bbq sandwich with potato salad- 10/10
