One of the best Asian vegan restaurant in Houston. Even if you're not vegan you'll still like the food. High recommend the Bun Bo Hue Chay!

Listen. RUN…don’t walk…. to Quan Yi vegan restaurant…..!! The food was tastier than we could ever imagine. I had the Bo Luc Lac (vegan beef and fried rice) and when I tell you, it was INCREDIBLE, that’s an understatement. The texture of the meat is like a juicy, tender, burnt-ends brisket (my favorite), the rice was perfectly cooked and had a smoky flavor, the pickled toppings enhanced the taste of the beef/rice, and the portion was TEXAS SIZED. *Disclaimer: Don’t think you’ll be able to come in here and make a bunch of substitutions or add ons. They said “no” to every request lol. But I was glad they did because what I had was PERFECT just the way it comes on the menu. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quan Yin Restaurant – Bellaire Love coming here! The salty tofu balls, green beans, tofu, and vegan meat with rice are my go-to – always flavorful and satisfying. Portions are generous – enough for two people to eat for two days. It’s never too busy, and the food is consistently good. Tips: – They accept credit cards. – Go a little early for lunch to beat the small rush. – Great spot for a calm, plant-based meal. The center is currently under renovation, but it doesn’t affect the food or service. Simple, soulful, and satisfying – Quan Yin never disappoints.

Vegan or not vegan, this food is top notch. Delicious and good service. I am a local food guide who has traveled around the world, so you can trust me what I say, that this place is spectacular!

Always enjoy Quan Yin for 100% vegan dishes. My all time favorite is the Asparagus Soup. My visit isn't complete without it! I've had many of the entrees including the mixed veggies and noodles and fully round out the meal with a cup of tea and summer rolls. Everything is fresh and so tasty. The staff is always very busy but always helpful. I much prefer all vegan restaurants versus trying to figure out a vegan dish at another restaurant. I'm grateful for the quality of food received at Quan Yin.

The building is in renovation but the restaurant is fully operational. Found it on Google. Generous portion, fast, and taste great. Inventiveness goes to the oyster dish. Be warned: it’s pretty filling. The AC is strong - much appreciated.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Super good vegan Vietnamese food. We ordered a total of 7 dishes including appetizers and soup. Everything was amazing! Their vegan beef and vegan fish had the texture and taste of real meat. I don’t know how they did it, but it was superb. We’re definitely going back there.

Chinese vegan dishes are a lot of labor, and this type of restaurant is getting less and less. The food here is decent and prices are friendly.
