Some of the best pho I’ve ever had! Got the beef combination soup and the broth was incredibly flavorful. Great spot!

Bland and flavorless. They messed up my order and the order I got- a vermicelli grilled meat had no flavor. Just charred meat. The pad Thai my wife also had was bland and lack any real Vietnamese flavor. Perfect kid food, not for someone who wants the flavor explosion of fresh herbs and spices that Vietnamese food is supposed to have.

I would drive 2 hours again just for this place. We had shrimp rolls and dumplings, shrimp pad Thai, and the beef combo. Everything was amazing.

Great food, but wouldn't describe it as "Vietnamese" despite the name. It's Asian-Fusion. A mix of Thai, Vietnamese, American-Chinese, etc. If that's your thing, it's great! You can get spring rolls, Thai curry, Pho, you name it! The bubble tea is excellent and it's a great little café. If you're a bigger person you won't fit in here or on the chairs easily, and it will be hard to walk around. No room for a wheelchair, so it's usually occupied with able-bodied young folks. Not a problem for me, personally, but if you don't fit into that group, I'd advise going while the weather is nice so you can eat in their spacious outdoor area, where there's a ramp and you won't be cramped. Every time I've gone it's been very good, no complaints on food or service, and I personally love the vibe. Only complaint is that parking is very limited and often customers park like assholes because there are no painted lines, so you have 3 cars taking up the space of 6, and then there's no more room.

As the daughter and granddaughter of Vietnamese immigrants, it’s always been difficult to find good pho in rural Vermont, so you can imagine both my excitement and my trepidation to try Pho Capital when I was in Montpelier for work a couple weeks ago. Well, the food was un-pho-gettable! That beef noodle soup brought me right back to my grandma’s kitchen, and they even had crunchy chili oil to add in! All that was missing were some cha gio with fish sauce.
