Food service worker who is most commonly here doesn’t understand the concept of wearing a hat when serving food or just general customer service. I had a hair in my food and suggested he wears a hat when he serves food and he immediately turned to his co-worker to make an under his breath snarky remark. I have been to the restaurant multiple times and received less than ideal service from the same representative. Food is decent, it’s close to my house. They just have a “bad egg”

Kid serving your food is more concerned about messing up his hair than wearing a hat or a hair net. Found his hair in my food when we were eating.

It was my first time here. The employee, Jordan helped us very well and was very informative and new about all the ingredients and sauces to help me make the best decision to have the best dinner we’ve had all week.

This is only my second time having Bulgogi, so I'm not really qualified to rate it. That said, we did enjoy eating this. We got take out though, so Service & Atmosphere don't apply.

I'm surprised this place has such great reviews. After being stationed in Korea for a year and eating the amazing dishes there, I feel like this place completely ruins Korean food. I have gotten the bulgogi bowl twice here and was disappointed each time. The bulgogi was plain in flavor, drenched in the spicy mayonnaise sauce they used, and had random additions that made no sense (lettuce and noodles underneath). There are some good Korean restaurants in Lacey, but this place is not it.

The food is good, I would not be posting this if I havent had CONSISTENT order issues. All I ask for every time is for two things to be taken out of the bowl. And almost every time they do not take those items out. Its super frustrating, even if you enjoy the food.

I was not impressed with bulgogi bowel. It was pretty bland and the rice was extremely overcooked. Tasted more like mashed rice. Will not be coming back.

Update as of 5/27/2025: the last couple of times I’ve been here the food has not been fresh, not even close. And for almost $20 a bowl, it definitely should be. Old review: Two words: absolutely delicious. The food here is worth every penny—try the Seoul Bowl w/ KFC & Bulgogi! 😋

I used to love coming here, but now i won’t ever again. They have significantly decreased the bowl size and the portion sizes, it’s quite frustrating paying $17 for 2 choices of meat and i only get about 4-5 small pieces of the fried chicken and a 3-4 bites of the bugolgi. The amount of protein you get compared to the amount of rice and noodles they stuff at the bottom is ridiculous, it’s just not worth it anymore. I also noticed they now take your order at the register and have you pay before making your food. Before it was like chipotle or panda express where you tell them what you want as you go down the line. That tells me they would rather not have you watch them make your food so they can skimp out on it. If you want a better chicken and rice bowl with an actual good amount of protein go to Just Cuz Cafe, Miso, or even Chipotle!!!
