Chu Minh Tofu and Vegan Deli

Thanks so much to the kind staff for recommending the roasted pork bahn mi, made from taro. It was the best thing I ate during my week in Seattle… I even got it a second time as my last meal before leaving.

Came for the vegan buffet and was thoroughly impressed!!! Everything was very yummy and filling with lots of protein. I think I probably ate a whole block of tofu with all the things I got! My favorite was probably a mixed mushroom and tofu dish or something that resembled a stewy fish/crab ball. They didn't have labels on the dishes so I'm not sure what everything is called - I hope they add them though so I know what to get if I just want to order a meal! I felt the $25 for all you can eat is a fair price for the options and the complimentary drink - I think I'll get the by the pound next time though because as I said before, it's all very filling!! The buffet bar is back in the kitchen so I felt a little out of place being back there but it works all the same. The vibe in the dining room is also so cozy. They were playing cafe piano music and I just wanted to stay and read a book and eat! I definitely recommend this and will be coming back with friends! :)

Stopped into this hidden gem on a road trip, we were greeting with warmth and great food! Our friend insisted we stop again on the way back. Delightful flavors and super friendly and good spirited staff.

My all time favorite restaurant in Seattle! All their bahn mi sandwiches are amazing, and their hot-bar selection is delicious and diverse! Can’t speak kindly enough of the owners and their genuinely nice and heartfelt atmosphere. It’s an all-around amazing restaurant!!! Always my go-to

Don't be put off by the exterior, the food here is great! We met a friend for an early evening meal. All the food we ordered was really really good; pad Thai, spicy noodle soup, spring rolls and egg rolls. The staff are really friendly and the buffet looked good too.
