Love the protein waffles here and the smoothie bowls. Also the smoothies are delicious as well. Favorite part is everything is made fresh and healthy options for those of us with food allergies. Also try their gluten free protein balls.

Delicious protein-filled breakfast options in downtown Milwaukee! We had a half portion of Loaded Protein Waffle Bites with peanut butter, bananas, strawberries and maple syrup. It was delicious! We also had the Avocado Toast with red pepper flakes. Equally good! They have lots of smoothie options with proteins and mix-ins.

this INCREDIBLE cafe is the most, to me, beautiful part of the city, had the BEST waffles I've honestly ever had.. we drove in from Texas for work and I just found it driving.. when I bring my family up to Wisconsin for Christmas we are ABSOLUTLEY stopping here for breakfast! I forgot the baristas name but she was so kind and helpful. very attentive and my boss and I were just so grateful for her and Karma!😉
