Ordered through Uber Eats and it was called Burger MKE. Finding out that's not it... its Chubbys.... delivery was quick and easy so no issues but definitely not worth the price. Burger was bland and I got the Mac Burger like a Big Mac. I might as well went to McDonald's as it tasted the same. The fries are okay but a bit salty. The bread on the Burger was melting away as I ate it. Unfortunately after work Culver's was closed and I was hungry. But never again. Very disappointing and bland. Should not be called anything but what it is... Chubbys...

Ordered Cheesesteak Fries. Someone forgot to put the green peppers & onion on the plate. I ended up with dried fries & shaved beef...that's it, dried fries & shaved beef. Disappointing to say the least.

I ordered through Door Dash, the restaurant confirmed my order, and prepared my order. When the Dasher arrived for pick up, the order wasn’t ready. Then they made him wait before telling him that I ordered something that wasn’t on their menu so they had to cancel my order. This is so unprofessional and the nerve to accuse a paying customer of ordering something that clearly was a menu option on their door dash. Furthermore, the fact that they accepted and “prepared” the order. They refused to answer the telephone as well. Terrible service! Horrible business practices.
