I ordered two vegan tacos and some carrot juice and El Cantaro did not disappoint! So delicious! If you love animals, don't eat them, eat here instead!

Update 6/25: I ordered take out for the first time and it was such a bummer- my entree and even the salsa ($7 for take home chips and salsa) was so salty it was inedible. The beans and rice were still good though. While this place has been my favorite vegan in the area, I think today was my last visit. Place was still packed and bustling with what looked like happy customers.
