Honestly super sad to write this review. I love thier food. I drive 2hours away for their food and they are always out of almost everything. I try calling before the long drive but noone ever answers the phone. I try to order online but it never works. When I went in to order the man behind the counter was extremely unpleasant. I got a small meal as there was not enough food to get the large I originally wanted. I asked for the brown stew chunks and the curry tofu with the curry vegetables but the man told me I couldn't have 2 proteins but there was literally nothing else to pick from. Very disappointed.

What a gem. I had no idea this place was here and am so grateful I found it. The jerk tofu was incredibly delicious as was the curried broccoli. This is now on my New Haven food map and it conveniently on the way to the train station. 100% will return. Loved the family atmosphere and the prices were incredibly fair and the meal (3 items) was super filling. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The best food I've had in Connecticut and it's not even close! Incredible prices too. I could eat the jerk tofu every day and never get tired of it.

First day closed half a hour early, second day closed a hour early when they close 8pm both days I’ve gone. They haven’t answered the phone both days aswell calling before I left to go, food is amazing and options are superb! Hours are false and rarely answers the phone🫤

I had some of the best vegan food around. I will be frequently this place. If you ever are in new haven, stop by, it's worth it.Peace

This is wonderful spot for everyone! The food is prepared fresh and served warm. My favorites were the jerk tofu, curry tofu, and "beef" patty. We walked away having eaten the perfect amount of food feeling very satisfied!

Don’t be fooled by the humble appearance.. this place has hands down some of the best food in New England. All of the options are fantastic and the taste is out of this world.
