Ordered burrito bowl and I’m really disappointed with my order.The sour cream was clearly spoiled, it had a sour, off taste that made the whole bowl unappetizing. On top of that, the guacamole tasted stale and not fresh at all. I expect better quality, especially when paying extra for toppings like guac. I hope this gets addressed because this was not okay.

I ordered a cauliflower bowl and received 5 small pieces of cauliflower for $15. I’ve ordered this bowl before and received a fair portion (8 or 9 pieces) larger cauliflower pieces. Truly dissatisfied.

Realized they had a special going the day I went. The worker went to get the manager and she said the special was only available for chicken, and refused to honor the special and charge me the discounted price.The flyer says ANY entree. It doesn't have exclusions listed. Lied to my face and walked away. There is lack of integrity at this place. First and last time here. The food taste fresher at Chipotle.
