This place smelled super bad, what's full of hookah smoke and the server didn't even know what options they have. Left without even ordering.

We loved it. We walked in and the incense & music was setting the vibe. A perfect combo platter sized just right for two. Exceptional service and friendly manager. Tea and conversation to round out the meal.

Best Ethiopian food in my entire life. 10/10 food and service. The owner is the sweetest person. You can’t come to DC without visiting this restaurant!!!! Thank you, I can’t wait to come back.

The teff injera must have had a lot of water in it because it started to disintegrate because of the was placed on top of the entree without any Parchment paper. The lamb tibs didn't have any flavor and the tomato salad seemed thrown together. The male manager I spoke to was not cooperative even though he said his claim was to make his customers happy.

Generous portions of pretty good food. Though, I expected the lalibela tibs to be spicier and to use less oil. Assa dullet was a bit disappointing. The club can also be very loud. Nice tea.

Been going to this restaurant for over 20 years with my family. Met the owner on multiple occasions very nice and respectable and the food is great. One of the best Ethiopian spots in the DMV highly recommend
