Obsessed with Cadence. The food is mouth watering delicious and the Franklin Green was one of the best cocktails I've ever had. I took a non-vegan friend here and he loved it too.

The best vegan experience I've ever had. I've eaten here about four times and have never been disappointed. The chicken & waffle dish is my fave, as is the lasagna. Every dish is worth a try and the atmosphere will find you talking across tables to chat with other patrons about what they ordered. Vegan or no, you will enjoy yourself here!

I came to this restaurant for the first time earlier this month My boyfriend is a Vegan and I wanted to do something nice for his birthday so I had made reservations online. Once I walked inside this gem the design the atmosphere was just breathtaking! The server was just amazing she went thru the menu very thoroughly and made lots of recommendations since it was our first time there. And let me tell you the food was just so delicious especially that buttermilk cornbread! It sure taste as if someone grandmother was in the kitchen making it Very fresh and warm! The drinks are done to perfection.I did see the chef coming out many times to greet customers and walk around which just demonstrates how engaged and committed she is with her restaurant which you don’t see a lot today in other restaurants. If your doubting or thinking twice about coming here because your unsure about the vegan food as I was please don’t even think about it! I promise you won’t regret it!

So, I was so sad that I did'nt enjoy the food too much. The slippery tables and floor. The dripping air conditoner. So dissapointing.

First time dining at Cadence since Chef Haley took over, and it was incredible. I’m not vegan, but every dish was full of bold, thoughtful flavor. The smoked grits and Nashville hot sandwich were standouts. Beautiful restaurant space, warm service — I’ll definitely be back.

The chicken and waffles was incredible 10/10 would recommend. The seasoning and crispiness of the mushrooms worked well with the waffle, syrup, and slaw. Even my non vegan sister approved. We also enjoyed the grits with okra, corn, and fried banana blossom. I really enjoyed the banana blossom, I've never cooked with it, the texture was flaky, reminiscent of fish. The grits were good, but the dish felt a bit heavy if you're not sharing. Overall a positive experience, would recommend for a date night or special occasion.

Everything was perfect, except the food needed to be less salty. We ordered 4 dishes and the flavors were amazing, but unfortunately over salted. I drank two huge bottles of water there and then more when I got home. The candlelit atmosphere was lovely and the general creativity of the food wonderful!

You can’t give us this much food and then not provide a place to take a nap afterwards
