I ordered from here dozens of times because the food is very good, but recently the last 3 times I’ve ordered delivery they either completely left out part of my order or one time they sent the completely wrong dish and then tried to gaslight me that the food I was looking at was what I ordered, even though it wasn’t. They then said “oh the chef made the wrong dish for you, he’s crazy sometimes” as if it was not a big deal.

Was walking around and found this place. The chai is the most expensive $7 and the worst chai ever..the more astonishing part was that I ordered take out and picked up my food in person and was expected to tip for waiting 30 min. And put an automatic tip. Never going here again.

Very good spot for Indian food in the area, and lunch! If you can't get all the way to Little India, this is a good place to go in Midtown. Last time I went, there was a buffet lunch option and it was an excellent bargain. However, I am not 100 percent sure if that is still there. The options at rhe buffet reflect items on the menu. So you had tandoori chicken, naan, saag, and all sorts of delicious things that go perfectly with rice. I must give particular words of emphasis for the naan and tandoori chicken, because the naan is delightfully cooked and obviously roasted in-house in a proper oven. The spots of char are inconsistent, rightfully so, and they put a splash of luscious oil atop that gives it even more heft. The tandoori chicken is amazingly tender and not dry, with a good flavor from marinade. It's easy to leave full everytime. There are also some items from their main, Ala carte menu that are great, and this also includes large portions that are great for lunch. The owners are very kind and attentive. The space itself stretches in and the front is well lit. You can see the chef working his magic in a small enclosure with glass. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Quite average. Non-Indians will be attracted to it. Went for a dinner on a weekday. No rush, only two tables were occupied but still took 30 mins for food to arrive. It was just one curry, naan, and rice. Portion size was good enough for a couple. Expensive food, charging more for location than taste. Majorly for tourists and one timers for Indian food nostalgia. Service was not up-to standard.
