Stopped there to grab takeout for lunch, and we had to wait over 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches. The menu was a bit limited when we went (they were out of several key ingredients). Food was pretty good, but also quite expensive for what you’re getting. Not a showstopper.

I had high hopes for this place. It was subpar at best. Ordered our food, not a problem other than they didn't have chorizo tacos, that's fine so I got chicken. I guess when you want tacos they only give you 1 so had to go back and ask for the 3. Have to go to the bar for drinks, so we ask for smoothies, out of them. They say they have coffee, so I ask for a flat white, bar tender doesn't know what that is. So I ordered their cereal flavor coffee and it barely tasted like the cereal, a waste of money. The food was eh, not terrible. Don't recommend it.

Average food and overpriced. Tuscan chicken sandwich is very small for $14 and had too much balsamic. Their bun is no better than a hot dog bun. Bowl of soup, to go, was very small. About 2 ladlefuls for $6, but my dad liked it. Wouldn't go back.

Absolutely outstanding food, with suboptimal service. We tried to order through the website and weren’t able to change the scheduled pickup time from about a week in advance. When we called to order, the person helping us told us how inconvenient it was to take call-in orders (ours took all of 15 seconds) and acted very aggravated to be on the phone with us. Food was excellent, but I’d be hesitant to call them again.

We visited on a Saturday, expecting a nice new experience for us for our mom’s birthday, only to find out that no alcohol was being served until the next day (sunday.. of all days). Other customers were coming in just as confused, wondering how a restaurant wouldn’t serve drinks on what should be their busiest day. From the second we walked in, everything was dirty — the floors, tables, even the ordering area — and the place was almost completely empty. It was our first time there and the setup was confusing. It wasn’t clear where to order, and while the employees were very kind, they seemed just as lost and didn’t offer any help. My dad specifically asked for no sauce on his meal, and it still came out with sauce poured all over it. The “brioche” bun they advertised was literally just a regular hot dog bun. The salad — which didn’t even need to be cooked — was the last thing to come out, with wilted lettuce and stale pita chips on top. Honestly, we were so concerned about the quality and cleanliness that we ended up throwing most of the food away. Waste of food and money :( Gordon Ramsay needs to come here and fix this place because idk what else would fix it. Kind employees aside, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

The menu flyers are more accurate than the Google menu! I ordered the vegan BLT and while I was impressed with the ‘bacon’ I was severely lacking in the LT! 1 tomato slice and 1 piece of lettuce. The salt and mayo were a bit overwhelming (but this could be your thing). Smoothie was bland.. I will try another spot in the north market the next time!
