Went to meet with a friend and was super impressed with the coffee and the food I got. The staff were awesome. Great place to catch up with people. Plenty of place inside and outside. Decent amount of parking too, on-site. Would go again.

EDITED TO ADD: The service here has definitely improved. It's not consistently good, but I've encountered a couple friendly people working here Original Review: This is such a hard review to leave because I absolutely love their coffee and the baked goods that they stock. Top tier. The cold brew? Perfect. The lattes? So choice. Pastries? Divine But oh man, the people who work here are always so unpleasant. The first time I came in, I didn't realize everything was vegan, which is fine. I just didn't know. The guy at the counter dramatically rolled his eyes and was extremely condescending about it. I worked in food service and customer service for 10+ years, so I always try to make light, innocuous conversation, but the staff here just...won't. They simply do not want to speak to you. All the employees I've encountered have had a really crusty attitude and act like they hate you for existing If the customer service were to improve, I may come here more often. But as it is, I rarely do. Such a shame

The coffee spot has just what you need: coffee and bagels with a few I gradients, but many combinations. I had the sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and it was very good! We even took some more bagels to go and enjoyed them for breakfast on our trip!

Cardamom latte, my favorite at Jet Black. Have you tried it yet. And then if I am peckish, I pair it with their vegan breakfast sandwich. Oh my goodness it is so good. Mouth drooling just remembering it's flavors
