We just got back from a trip to the Middle East. We ended up enjoying this place better than most everywhere we ate while traveling.

Wow! That doesn’t even cover it. I split the spinach pie platter and falafel wrap. They were so fresh and delicious. The hummus was so creamy with just the right amount of seasoning on top. The tzatziki was incredibly fresh. The pickled sides with olives were divine, especially since I’m not an olive girl but I do love pickly things! The spinach pie was fried but not to the point where the grease would sit in your stomach. Honestly, barely any grease even though they were fried. My husband and I have had a huge slump where no food dining out hits the spot, but I think Alees broke the curse. Yum! Yum! Yum!

Everyone needs to come here and meet Alee. Probably the best restaurant in the middle Susquehanna Valley. This place is a real gem. Serves Mediterranean food and it's all super good. Make sure you guys patronize Alee because running a restaurant is extra hard work these days. Save up your money.

Three of us split the mezze platter and the pumpkin kibbeh, to allow plenty of room for the desserts – baklava, rice pudding, and halvah. Everything was delicious, the host was very friendly, and the food came out quickly. We heartily recommend this restaurant.

Alee is a pleasant host and the food was amazing. Was not expecting to find authentic Lebanese cuisine in a small town but was pleasantly surprised.

Alees Cafe is an absolute gem. The owner is so friendly and graciously offered to answer our questions when he learned it was our first time there. We had the lamb shawarma and the falafel—all delicious and fresh!! We finished the meal with Turkish coffee which was rich, hot, and the perfect way to enjoy a sunny Sunday afternoon. Can’t wait to be back! And I can’t add photos because everything looked too good, I didn’t think to take a photo because I had to take a bite!

Authentic Lebanese food. Best lamb shawarma with garlic sauce I've had in years. We're on college tour. I'd make a detour just to revisit this place on the way back. The owner is great too. No wonder it gets 5 stars across the board from so many guests.
