Triangle Tavern

I will literally never go here again after being treated awfully because we are a same sex family with a child. The waitress would ignore, be snide and condescending. It was so bad we had to actually leave. My partner was crying. A hateful anti lgbt place, which I wholeheartedly hope goes out of buisness. I don't hate anywheres in philadelphia but I hate this place. Followup - I appreciate Triangle reaching out and will follow-up after this incident affecting us for weeks now. This occurred June 20th the day of phillies pride night, which were that evening. We were yelled at and not served after waiting 15min before leaving embarrassed and hurt.

Great spot. Late night food till 1am! Fun for watching games. Amazing food... especially one of my favorite pizza spots! Or their mussels in red sauce & linguine. Been going there for about 3 years now..... love the staff. Definitely a lot of vegi food too. Cool atmosphere inside or lounging outside in the patio. Also, not a rip off

Went here for a late dinner around 10:30 pm on a Saturday night and was able to get seated right away. The restaurant is great because it has a lot of vegan options in addition to traditional bar fare. I had the vegan buffalo elote, which is hard to find, the vegan crab cake sandwich and the flores rosada to drink. I should mention both the corn and crab cake were on the “specials” menu. My friend had the chicken wings, roast beef sandwich and Long Island ice tea and peroni beer to drink. The corn was fantastic. I barely spoke a word while eating it. The crab cake was also tasty. It had an interesting texture as it was deep fried on the outside, but the inside was pretty soft. I’d never had a vegan crab cake like that before. The Flores Rosada seemed to be watered down. I didn’t taste any alcohol. My friend said half the wings were fried right and the other half weren’t hard enough. He really enjoyed the roast beef sandwich. He said he typically prefers gravy instead of au jus but enjoyed this sandwich was still good with the au jus. We ordered 2 vegan carrot cakes to go. They were pretty dense and didn’t give me the true carrot cake feel. All in all I would come here again, especially when in need of late night food.
