Update 2024 and 2025: Still eating at and enjoying all the great food Trendy Vegan had to offer. Love is even more since they opened up their buffet last year. I tried the Salt & Pepper Tofu now that it was available on the buffet and loved it! Still love the Dry Pot Veggies, but it is not on the buffet so I go back to the bento box periodically. Great food that happens to be vegan! Keep supporting our Houston area vegan restaurants! Update: Trendy Vegan is most definitely on my regular rotation of restaurants! It is great to be able to say that and have many all-vegan restaurants here in Houston to choose from. My latest favorite is the Dry Pot Veggies Bento Box. The umami in this dish is the *best*! I've followed Trendy Vegan since they opened and finally had a chance to visit during lunch. It did not disappoint! We each had a bento box. One with the main dish of Japanese Curry Veggies and the other with Thai Curry. The flavors were all so good, even the salad. The only thing I would like was a little more spice, so I will know to ask on the next visit, which I'm sure will be soon.
