Earth Burger

I really miss the Nacogdoches location. That location is what kept me returning back. This location lacks customer service skills and gives the Earth Burger brand a bad name. They don’t greet you, give your bag and just walk away as if they don’t want to be there. I was told I was being refunded because I was overcharged and never seen the refund as of yet. This is the same experience I have been receiving lately in which I can no longer support. Maybe it will help to bring a few team members from Green because I have always had a pleasant experience there.

We stopped by Earth Burger on a whim—and wow, I’m so glad we did! The food totally exceeded our expectations. The vibe is casual and clean, and the staff was super friendly. Jaylena, in particular, was awesome and helped me pick the perfect meal. Based on her recommendation, I went with the crispy chicken sandwich—and it did not disappoint! The texture was spot-on, the flavor was bold and satisfying, and there was absolutely no weird aftertaste. The sauce tied it all together perfectly. What’s even more impressive? Everything on the menu is 100% plant-based! It’s refreshing to find a fast, delicious vegan option that doesn’t sacrifice flavor or quality. I’ll definitely be back to try more menu items. Ordered late night and my Caesar chik’n wrap was messy. The chikn looked like it was ripped up and lettuce was old and wilted. I wouldn’t even feed my dog this way. They charged me for a peach shake but then switched it out to sodas Threw it in the trash!

Pésimo lugar muy descortés las trabajadoras me dieron una orden equivocada me canse de llamarlas ahí delante de mi para q me dieran la correcta y ni caso una llamaba a otra y otra a la otra el error de ellas y yo como bicho raro jaja

This is definitely a vegan’s heaven when they want some fast food.

Yummy food and the pup cups were a bonus for my furkid. No tummy aches and she enjoyed it. I think it's lactose-free. 🤔

Horrible!!!!!!!!! Went to this location late night after a concert hoping to have a late night burger. We asked if they were open, the girl said, “if we weren’t, we wouldn’t have answered you!” We drove off! We took our business to Burger King! Just terrible! Never going to earth burger again!!!!

Good tasting, great tasting. The staff was really nice. Also real clean.

Perfect. Great food. Cheap. Fast.
