This is one of the coolest restaurants I’ve been to in Salt Lake. Very authentic Tibetan food, the walls were covered in traditional art and the Dalai Lama. The food was incredible, we did the lunch buffet and it was filling. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I’m excited to come here again and would definitely recommend to anyone interested in eastern or Tibetan culture and foods. Incredible!

I’ve been going here for over a decade. Very good vegan vegetarian and meat options. Best buffet and price is decent for the amount of food plus it’s unique and really good. Staff are nice friendly people

The food was delicious, so fast, fresh. The buffet had more options than I expected for how small it was and the entrees were massive. The staff were amazing. They were so kind and attentive without being overbearing or bothersome. So sweet. Everything was clean! Highly recommend.

My family absolutely loves this place! The Momos are to die for! And a Tibetan restaurant is such a rare find anywhere in the states! Don’t pass this up. Also you get to eat while surrounded by images of the Dali Lama, Buddha, and other significant figures of Tibetan Buddhism in a simple laid back environment. They also have a lunch buffet!

Had lunch here when I was in town for a music festival. Had never eaten Tibetan food so was excited to try it on a cold and rainy day. We ordered a few items, I the sampler plate and my BF got the mushrooms and eggplant dish. We also go the Tibetan tea (this comes with cow milk already in it) also wasn’t a fan of it. My fault for not asking what was in it. All other items were vegan. Would go here again. We were so full much of the day and had us ready for festivities.
