Chay Concept Vegetarian & Bar

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this spot! Every time we come to Chay Concept, we’re blown away by how consistently delicious everything is. The veggie curry and salted egg tofu are our go-to favorites—they’re packed with flavor and so comforting. The drinks are also super tasty and pair perfectly with the food. On top of that, the staff is always kind, welcoming, and attentive. Whether it’s a casual lunch or a date night, we always leave happy and full. This place truly never misses!

RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR?! Yes I said it, it’s the best restaurant I’ve tried in 2025 and I’ve tried over 100 this year. The menu: I love this type of menus where’s there’s pictures for everything! I’m a visual person who loves cool and yummy looking food. The service: super friendly, they go out there way to check up on you and make sure you’re comfortable to enjoy a delicious meal Parking: you can park on the street or soma towers for free up to 2 hours Ambiance: pretty, clean, and spacious spot that’s on the 2nd floor. Food: wow who knew Vietnamese vegetarian food can taste so good let alone vegetarian food! The flavors exploded and were so unique. It complimented everything and I mean everything. You have to get what I order I’m telling you! It was so fun to think how they made all of this vegetarian, the flavors masked it so well but it a good way. Overall great experience, I would recommend this spot to all my friends and family.

Absolutely delicious food and drinks. I had the pumpkin fried rice, and it was the best fried rice I have ever had, vegetarian or otherwise. The bao buns were total bangers too. Even if you aren't vegetarian, definitely worth a meal sometime.

We went for lunch on a weekday. The service was exceptional, food was reasonably priced and delicious. Their lunch menu is so good and has multiple options. The drinks are pretty unique and beautifully presented. Will be back for dinner for sure.

Very modern/fancy but with a home-feel. Nice atmosphere with a smell of nutty sesame. Great drinks! The food was amazing especially the salted egg yolk tofu. Other dishes like the vermicelli noodles will have a sweet/tangy and slightly spicy flavor profile. Amazing friendly service and complimentary Hibiscus/lychee drinks.

Wow. We hadn't tried a new restaurant in a long time. Chay looked good, and then exceeded our expectations in every way. Nice staff, amazing food. Presentation was stunning. Clean, pleasant decor. Bao & crispy rolls--incredible. My husband had sesame beef, I had veggie curry. Large portions, fresh, delicious food. I'm happy we had leftovers. I'm already looking forward to having more tomorrow.

Great Food and awesome concept!!

Everything was great till I went to the restroom and came back to the table. A lot of food had been left and taken away. We could have had a good meal at home with left overs, as expensive as food is these days that’s crazy! They hadn’t been paid yet! Not like they thought we were gone! Make sure to tell them them about that!

Excellent spot in the heart of Downtown Bellevue. Food was delicious and the drinks were impressive. Shout out to the bartender/co-owner, Long, who is a great guy and really skilled at making the specialty cocktails. Will be coming back regularly!
