After hearing about this spot, we booked a meal for 4 with our friends visiting from NYC for their anniversary. We were very disappointed. The bisque and salad course was the only decent option, the appetizer was bland (mushrooms didn’t taste like mushrooms), the lasagna heavy and the dessert inedible (the cake was cardboard). We left unsatisfied and upset. The service also takes a long time. Absolutely not worth the very pricey $145 per head we paid after tips and tax (no drink pairing)

Everyone should try the restaurant. Would definitely go here again. Food: Menu is seasonal and farm to table. The main dish and dessert were the best things all night. These were paired with non-alcoholic elixirs for me and a wine pairing for my husband. Service: Attentive and timely. Atmosphere: I appreciate the time that the chef took time to explain the local producers and purveyors and how they were used in their food.

Absolutely loved the 5 course dinner here. The food and wine pairings were excellent and the experience was so unique and special. Highly recommend sitting at the bar to watch the chefs prepare dishes in the kitchen.

This place is a one of a kind. It shows the beauty of vegan ingredients and how tasty they can be. Vegan fine dining is seldom done right but here they just knock it out of the park. But the thing that I appreciate the most is that they have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings. In fact, the non-alcoholic drinks are so artfully crafted. Furthermore, they do not spare any expense on the alcohol too. The serving sizes are perfect for both the food and the drinks. I cannot stress enough on what an amazing gem of a place this is.

Overrated: food alright, not worth the price. Service meh. Paid $259 for 2 ppl. There’s better food options and service for that price. Bill was rushed on everyone’s table during dessert. Decided not to tip because we weren’t sure who our server was and service was subpar - multiple people delivered drinks and dishes. The dude processing our payment at the table publicly announced “are you not going to leave any tip tonight?” Dude, no, and don’t be crass - you weren’t attentive, we had to ask for cutlery, dishes were delivered as if a forced chore and without presentation, our dishes hung out at our table for a while after we indicated being done, you weren’t really interested in whether we enjoyed the food. Tip is gratuity for good service. Similar to work bonuses which are tied to company and individual performance. I support a living wage and gratuity for good service.

This vegan tasting menu is pricey but the food was some of the best I’ve had in my life! Great vibe, the staff was friendly and helpful, the mocktail elixirs were an alchemy delight. I will come back to Seattle just to eat here. The current menus are online and this tasting menu could be challenging for picky eaters, so bring your adventurous friends!
