Grain and Berry - USF

This particular grain and berry has the worst wait times. Despite calling ahead, I have to wait 10 minutes every single time. Avoid this branch

They must’ve gotten new management with a new team, and i was very disappointed. I was grabbing some lunch on my work break, i tried calling no answer. So i submit an order for pickup says by 12:40 the açaí bowl will be ready. I walk in as expected there’s a few people ahead waiting for their orders no biggie. Then i get a notification that my order at 12:35 is ready, i ask the cashier and he says not quite yet it may just be a glitch. I sit and wait as i see everyone before me leave with their orders, then i start to see people coming in, ordering, and leaving with their orders and im still waiting. Now it’s 1:02 I walk up to ask the girls if my order is ready, i then see them scrambling to prepare my açaí. As she hands me my order she tells me that because i clicked storefront pick up the order got lost, not an apology but i get blamed. I found it really unprofessional that they saw me waiting for over 20 minutes ago and never thought to ask what order im waiting for when the store was now empty, and then not even acknowledge to apologize for the wait but to blame me because i clicked mobile storefront pickup. I definitely won’t be back.

A Perfect treat for summer ! For all açaí, spirulina and yogurt lovers - this is a treat ! I would definitely come again. Peace

Service was incredibly poor and slow. The lady didn’t even look at me and was presumably working on a takeout order on the POS while I waited in front of her, fully ready with my order, for 5 minutes. She then took my order and I went to sit down. I was waiting for like 10 minutes waiting for my name to be called, which seemed long since it was pretty slow. I stand up and go closer to the employees so they see me. The lady, who took my order, makes an a-ha face when I step closer and only then does my order start to be made. The bowl was smacking tho. I would totally come back. If it wasn’t for the poor service. I’ll find a better açaí bowl spot.

Horrible place. They took over an hour to make a smoothie and it wasn’t good. Don’t visit this place if you want to live a healthy life

This was my first G&B restaurant I went to years ago. It is still my favorite one. Service is always nice and it is run better than other locations. The interior needs slight TLC, otherwise, it is a clean and friendly place to dine. South Tampa location is not bad but they are always slammed and stressed out.

I’ve been coming to this location for years but this new management team is going to run this place into the ground. (very clearly new management has taken over since my last visit.) Portion sizes have considerably been reduced, and as I sit her in the store I have been waiting for my order for OVER AN HOUR….and still waiting. How does it possibly take this long to make some bowls and avocado toast? And it’s not even busy? I won’t be back until a new management team comes into to replaces this **new team.
