The small grocery section has more quality items than some whole healthy grocery stores. Great service always and the food is phenomenal

Service exceptional. I am not a vegetarian and picky about mushrooms but I have no complaints about the food.

The customer service wasn’t anything special considering everything was to go. The food was very over priced considering we didn’t enjoy much of it. The curry empanada was okay just lacked in flavor. The chicken sandwich was flavorless & the sauce was the only thing making it edible. The fries were good so that’s a plus. Got the veggie plate & that was the most disappointing- The tostones were pretty dry, the sweet plantain wasn’t sweet at all, the cabbage was okay but had no flavor, and I’m not sure what they made the greens with but to call it “soul” is a horrible and misleading representation & were very bitter topped with some kind of spice. Sadly, nothing we ordered justified what we paid. Which sucks because we really did have high hopes for this place. Wishing their business growth & prosperity.

Really shocked to see the owners responses here…as a very long time regular ordering almost every single special and sometimes multiple times a week. I can’t say I’d be excited to come back now. The food can truly be hit or miss, I don’t know why the owner takes such offense to the honest reviews, one of them even wished the business well and got dumped on anyways.I always give the benefit of the doubt because often times it’s good to straight fire so why complain? quality has declined, and now I feel like I was in some special customer service club where I got treated better than others…BTW owner as someone very active in the local vegan food scene….there’s a TON of affordable options with really good diverse menus in Tampa…you shouldn’t be so cocky about the state of your business.

Tried this place for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown — especially given how overpriced everything is. We ordered the gyro platter and mac & cheese, and neither of us enjoyed the food. I couldn’t even finish mine, and my husband only ate his because we had already spent a good amount — not because he liked it. What’s worse is the way the restaurant responded to our honest review. Instead of acknowledging the feedback, they chose to mock us with a bizarre and false claim that my husband “licked his plate.” Really? That’s how you handle customer complaints? If you’re looking for overpriced food and disrespectful customer service, this place might be for you. Otherwise, save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Food here is fantastic as a vegan this is the best vegan mac and cheese I’ve ever had.

I feel exactly as the reviewier below, Marieh H. This place is over priced and nothing out of this world. But the worse part is the owner's attitude, snotty and not friendly. Never coming back to this place. If he doesn't like customer service, why open a business?? lol.

Absolutely the most delicious take out

I stopped here a few weeks ago. I was too excited to try the food. Customer service wasn't the friendliest, at least from the person taking my order. I stated I had never been there before and asked questions about the food choices. It felt as if I was wasting the individual's time. Once my order was placed, I stood and waited for my order. There was nothing that stood out for me about my meal. The food was average. Maybe I showed up on an off day, or maybe the food just didn't work for me. Please be your own judge.
