Grain and Berry - New Tampa

I really enjoyed my açaí bowl here. It came together so well!

The açaí bowls here are the best, I have tried many other places around the area just to see but nothing compares. I don’t mind driving a little further because the açaí bowls are that good.Also there juices are fresh and always amazing!

We are traveling and needed a quick stop by place for our 14 month olds lunch. Ava welcomed us in as soon as we walked in and answered all our questions to ensure my baby’s restrictions wouldn’t be an issue and provided various recommendations. (We are doing no sugar (added) and Ava ensured the açaí base will be just that for our little one.) I would highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Ava as she provided great customer service!

Staff here is always friendly and very helpful in answering menu questions. I highly recommend the Caprese Toast, I get it every time I go. A staff member (Sarah) helped me pick out and made my smoothie (the Vacation). It was really good and tasted very fresh. I like to go here when I’m in the area. It’s always a good experience. If you go when it’s busy the order can take about 5-8 mins but around 7pm-8pm the wait is usually only 1-3 mins. My only complaint is the chairs are a bit uncomfortable.

I love it. It is one of my favorites. However, the experience depends on the staff, sometimes they are awesome and polite some other time they are not friendly and sorry to say rude!! I try to figure out what days I should go, lol.

I had high hopes for Grain & Berry after someone recommended their açaí bowls, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, flies were landing on the exposed fruit, and everything was left open and uncovered. The counters were noticeably dirty, and no one greeted us when we walked in—I actually had to greet the staff myself just to feel acknowledged. The only positive I’ll note is that the staff seemed young, and I understand how that can sometimes affect the level of service. Still, cleanliness and basic customer service should always be a priority.

Just had a really pleasant experience at this store! The manager and customer service staff were SO KIND!! And GENEROUS! I ordered a purple rain smoothie, went to the restroom, and when I went to pick up my order someone had already taken it:( The staff quickly made another smoothie and the manager offered me a ginger shot (with an apple chaser-so cool!) We all shrugged it off… I hope the person with sticky fingers is enjoying their smoothie as much as I am!!☺️. It’s delicious 😁

Exceptional service. Cori made us feel so welcome and was so patient explaining everything to us. We’ll be back!

While visiting family in Tampa, we came across this Grain and Berry. We don’t have one near where we live in Texas. It was so clean and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Since it was our first time at a Grain and Berry they assured us if we ordered something we didnt like they would replace it with something else. They said they wanted happy return customers. We had the Guac and Roll. It was fantastic! Thank you to Haleigh for making our first visit such a great experience. Can’t wait to find one in Texas very soon.
