When it comes to Mediterranean cuisine, just having Hummus on the menu is not enough. The chicken and kabobs have to be juice and make you want to have more. Not the case here. Food choices in the buffet were plenty but meats were on the drier side. This type of cuisine is usually not spicy but that doesn’t mean it has to be bland. No one in our party was impressed by the food. Lamb meat (on top of the rice) was an exception. Well made. They need to up their game a little bit if they want competition form running them over. I’m sure they can do a better job.

But the real star here is the food, every single dish was packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh, the kebabs were perfectly grilled and juicy. It is authentic Jordanian food. My son wanted to go there for his birthday because he lived in Jordan. He and I ordered mansaf which was excellent. My son said it was the best he had ever had! It’s rice with lamb and a white sauce, delicious. There were six of us and everyone loved their food.
