I love dig inn and I come to this location every Saturday before work, I’m literally the first customer and the guy that works Saturday morning as long as I’ve been coming to this location he never opens up on time. Otherwise the food is good

I love this location for Dig Inn. Clean tables, good food, what's not to love! Bathroom has the code on the door so you don't have to awkwardly ask for assistance. Easy in and out. Free wifi is available, that's a plus when you're a hustling bustling commuter. Staff greeted me excellently.

We always enjoy dining at DIG for its healthy and delicious meals, and this location is no exception. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and offers spacious seating. What truly stood out during our visit was the staff member working on Saturday at lunchtime. He was managing everything on his own—from cooking and serving customers to handling online orders—with impressive professionalism. We’ve visited several DIG locations throughout NYC, but this was the first time we saw just one person running the entire operation. Despite being alone, he provided excellent customer service without missing a beat. He’s undoubtedly the star of this location.

The food is absolutely amazing and so healthy! My all time favorite is the Hot Honey Bowl 😍 Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!

The customer service here is incredible! Shnel, Brandon, Briana and Lindsay are always a great help and always so patient when I come inside not knowing what I want. I love this location specifically because they always provide good energy and always enthusiastic. The way they move their long lines is impressive also! They all get raises if it was up to me!

I had an issue with an overcharged bill, and Chelsea went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently. She was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely return. Thanks Chelsea! You Rock!
