Veggie Grill - Downtown Portland

Nice place and located next to 2 famous hotels. First time coming in here as a tourist. Food is good, especially for vegans who will enjoy what they offer here. The store is clean and spacious, which is good, and the server was also nice to speak with. I want to take a leap of faith by coming back at least once before leaving Portland Oregon.

Awesome vegan spot! We did the loaded burrito, chicken bacon ranch, buffalo glitz and chocolate chips cookies. Everything was great, but the chicken bacon ranch was absolutely outstanding. Food was ready in about twenty minutes and was got and fresh. 10/10!

This had okay reviews decided to give it a try. Once we arrived the ambiance was kinda sketchy, then a lot of things out of stock, okay with that, then the food arrived after more than 20 mins, witch seemed a lot for the type of place. The sweet potato fries were good but it was a very very small amount for the price. The salad was very mediocre, then the couple next to us had a WORM 🐛 in their burger! Amazing 🤡 Didn’t manage to eat my food out of disgust… do not recommend

Diverse selection of vegan fast food. Portions on the burgers were large. Friendly service. Dining room was pleasant and clean, but one bathroom needed cleaning. Would absolutely come back. As a vegetarian, it was really nice to have so many choices.

Food was yummy, staff were nice, and the atmosphere was good.

A fantastic spot to satisfy all types of comfort cravings. Whether you want a hearty bowl, burger, or salad, it's got you covered. I ordered the Cali Bowl which is served with the best tempeh I've ever had. The Mac and Cheese is also top notch in terms of likeliness to real cheese. All of my family also enjoyed their burgers and bowls . The service here is very friendly and the background music was surprisingly good as well.

Really disappointed with my recent to-go order from Veggie Grill. First, I ordered a kids meal, and the cookie—which is clearly supposed to be included—was missing. That may seem minor, but when you’re ordering for a kid, it’s a big deal. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what was promised. On top of that, I requested no pickles on one of the sandwiches, and they still put them in. If you’re not going to honor custom requests, why even offer them? It shows a lack of care and attention to detail. Two mistakes in one order is unacceptable. I used to enjoy Veggie Grill, but this experience really put me off. Not sure if I’ll be back any time soon.

I used to love veggie grill. The people were awesome. Food is so so. And the location and establishment is a bit used.

Understaffed. Slow service. 45 minutes waiting time for a weekday downtown lunch at a fast casual restaurant is too long.
