A classic diner with a twist- vegetarian! Even if not vegetarian, still go because its unique in that it feels like you came to a spot where “the locals go”you can tell the staff is close and they are very invested in making sure you have a wonderful experience.

Any time I am in Seattle, I make sure to stop by the Sunlight Cafe. The best lemon-tahini dressing anywhere, incredible salads, and great staff - it's a wonderful place to eat and to relax.

We got a table and got ignored until we had to wave someone down and ask for menus. The same thing happened when we wanted to order food. The service is bad, the staff is definitely not respectful.

The food is oh so good. Couldn’t believe that we are eating tofu. Served fresh and hot, plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. Would 100% recommend. Service is super nice. Staff is friendly and attentive.
